I would give a zero if I could. I took a necklace in to get a loan, as I had done previous times before.

This time, upon checking the same necklace, a CSR broke it. I was told I had to pay to pick it up at which time they would give me information to take to another place to get it fixed. However, they showed no empathy and did not seem to care that they broke any piece. Weeks later, I remembered I had a ring on layaway.

No one called to update me, which is what is supposed to happen. When I called to inquire, I was told that the ring had gone back on the sales floor because I could not be contacted at the number on file, which was an old number that I'd updated the first time in the establishment.

I was told I can't get a refund but store credit, and I told their district manager that I would never do business at that location again. The manager is a Spanish lady and has poor customer service skills.

Their employees are very disrespectful. One threatened me.

Nothing was done. Then, Tuesday, I was made fun of because my colostomy bag was stinking. I didn't beat cancer 3 times to be humiliated about having to wear a bag on my stomach. I'm already embarrassed about it.

Then he made fun of me in front of my kids. I'm suing them if he's not fired.

They shouldn't be able to make fun of my fight with cancer. I'm already dying.

On 5/4/2024 I went to Cash America located at 4831 Jonesboro Rd in Forest Park,Ga. between 1:20pm-1:45pm.

I wanted to pawn my engagement ring. The young man who was helping me by the name of Zeke told me that they could not take my ring. I asked why and he stated because it was a moissanite. I asked him if it was tested and he stated yes.

I told him my ring was appraised years ago at 5k and how do they test it. I know for a fact my ring is a diamond. The manager Tia told him as if Im not standing there that she needs to take it back where she got it then. She told him he didnt have to explain anything to me.

That was just rude and unprofessional. My ring is getting cut to be tested the least they could do as patient as I was waiting was show me. As much as she butted in because I did notice her helping him she could of showed me how they come up with it not being real. I was never rude or disrespectful.

If you pull video before I was helped you can see her lack of urgency trying to help customers. I went to another Cash America at 3850 Jonesboro Rd and completely different approach. The lady there and their whole staff was helpful. I explained to the lady how I was upset that I was told that my ring was not a diamond and how rude the other manager was.

The lady tested my ring and said your ring is a diamond and she showed me with her hand diamond detector and with 2 different ones she had.This just needs to be addressed to the rude manager at the other location. Its an inconvenience having me drive out of my way and to be told my diamond was a moissanite is wrong. I can imagine the other customers she treats this way. I even saw a lady she was helping while I was there at the other location and she said she wasnt helpful.

Please pull video and address this immediately to her. She needs leadership and customer service skills.

I will not be going back to that location. I did call in at 3:09 pm and spoke with a different gentleman I did not hear his name and explained to him my frustration and he said he would pass it along to her as well.

The asst mgr Mike screamed at his employee in front of me and when I confronted him he walked away with me telling him to stop I was talking to him I told him I was calling him in and he said number on wall and continued to walk away. His employee did not deserve what he did to her and he needs to be fired
