Paid an extra $500 to keep my $ 3k bracelet in November

I feel like I was charged an extra $ 500 in order to keep my $2500 bracelet from being sent to the floor, its been in loan fir a while but I extend it every. Onth untill I can get it out, your store on peters creek pkwy,a Hispanic lady claims she called me 3 times ,she called once, I was not given the 5 day grace period to extend my loan, the manager made me pay an extra $500 to kerp my bracelet, I have proof I am a loyal customer fir 15 years, Derrick Barner, 336-987-**** Winston-Salem NC, thus happened in November, I need my $ 500 back check my receipts

Was threatened to have the police called and refusal to provide corporate number, and then hung up on repeatedly, as well as asking someone else to call who was also hung upon. Is this how you run your business?

Ive used a separate location for well over a year, and Ive never even had a complaint. This was completely uncalled for, I know my rights as a consumer.

How to get my firearms back

Went to get my guns out of pawn and my background check come back delayed so I had to call the FBI they say if the pawn shop does not hear back from them within 3 days I'm with him a legal rights to receive my firearms and they will not let go of them because they say they haven't heard from them well the FBI says it doesn't matter if they haven't heard from them within 3 days it means they are to let my farms go back to me well they won't do it and it's been over 6 weeks now and nobody will talk to me about this or do anything about it so am I just to get a lawyer because I'm done with it I'm done being nice

Denied proper service and customer care

I went into the pawn shop located in Tallahassee, FL, on North Monroe St., and as I was informed just last week of the top three brands of purses that the shop is looking for, which are Coach, Dooney & Bourke, and LV. I brought a brand new Dooney & Bourke into the store today and was denied, with the reasoning being that the stitching was too thick on the inside of the purse, although it is an authentic D&B handbag.

And did I mention it's brand new, never worn out before? I know the real reason as to why they cared to not even actually look over the purse and give an offer is that the employees were more concerned with closing the store in the last 30 minutes than they were with taking in great product and giving at least the minimum of a decent customer experience!

File a embezzlement complaint

100 dollars was not accounted for on their video. We clearly see them accepting my money and not accommodating me with my merchandise. They ran to the back once I stayed on the call, calling the police or taking them to court.

I would like for my 65' TV to be replaced. My husband was informed by an associate named Kenz that we could return to the store in the morning on Aug 2 to get the TV replaced.

I personally asked if this would be an issue, and he stated no. But when my husband brought the TV to the store, the associate Brittany said we would have to wait for the district manager.

I went to make my payment at the store. They would not take my payment.

Other people were paying at the time I was there at 3:57.

An employee said it was after time and argued. Can you please check the cameras to see when they locked the doors?

I tried to pawn a gaming laptop/tablet and was told my credit percentage was too low and that if I wanted to do anything, I could only sell it outright to them. I was told $300 for the laptop/tablet, which is well over $1475, and I didn't want to take that low for it, so I left.

Then I came back 4 days later to ultimately be treated like a piece of *** and was told that they would only offer me $200 now. Then I watched the employee walk back to a back office and come out to say they can't even do business with me at all and that I would need to take it up with Cash America Pawn. I asked why and what the reasoning for it was, and I was told they won't tell me.

I know I have never been told by anyone from Cash America that I can't do business there. I will be the first to admit that yes, I have lost a good handful of items over the years to pawn, and I even purchased an engagement ring from this exact location, and all of a sudden, I am being told these complete BS lies.

What is the reason I did not receive a receipt after I paid to take out a pawn. How do I prove that I paid for my item if I did not get a receipt.
